Yahoo needs to seriously fix their shit!

Update: Never mind… It is compulsory on Hotmail and Google too. What a freaking annoyance. I would have to create my own fake question and answer which I remember!

I just received emails from both Yahoo and Hotmail. Someone tried to recover the password of my accounts there.

Hotmail gave me a one click access to block that request. Yahoo on the other hand asked me to verify my password recovery option.

Good enough.

Not really.

Yahoo still lives in the world where you can recover your password by answering two questions.

This is disgusting.

I mean, I would put in questions that are easy to answer. But the same questions could be answered by anyone who is close enough to me!

They have options to recover my passwords through a third party email and even my mobile number. WHY the need to have this third option? I cannot even disable it. It is mandatory!

You already my mobile number… Just offer 2FA and get it done!

Why I dislike Google Buzz?

Google recently launched Buzz as their challenger (alternative) to Twitter and Facebook status updates.

Integration with Gmail makes it a service that I can use on a regular basis. I like it how it allows me to post what I want to post without worrying about character limits.
