BSNL is probably the strongest telecom player in the Indian market. They have the support from the government. They get subsidies and other benefits from the government. Yet they suck at being the best in their field.
What a shocking surprise!
Now, I have and would never use a Reliance powered mobile connection. But my mom and dad do.
The company deactivated the outgoing on my mom’s phone after just 500 Rupees of usage.
They blocked outgoing. Even the calls to their customer care were not working.
The funny thing is that the bill was scheduled to be paid by April 2.
I had to go to their web world to pay the money and get the phone activated.
And I get that bill after 3-4 days of deactivation of the connection.
