Instead of saying that my subscription of their crapware is expired. They said that I have expired.
Maybe I have. In a world like this, I am better expired than retired.
Apple Safari is a pretty decent browser. I find it more usable than the Internet Explorer. Except for of course the stupid shortcuts that Apple forces on us through it.
However, not many people know about this browser. A lot of people however do know about Apple and Apple iTunes.
Some other people keep a copy of Apple QuickTime installed on their machines.
But still. Few people would have a copy of Apple Safari installed on their machines.
If you are a social networking fan. Great integrated tools. Very slow on my machine. Works on Linux fine. Better UI than Firefox.
Checkout: Flock 1 Beta
It becomes more usable if you can learn the shortcuts. For simple tasks I can now work on it as fast as I used to do on other softwares. :)
It’s driving me crazy with all the random crashes. And there is no other browser product which manages to do for me what Opera does. And I do not want to go back to the older version coz the mail format is not compatible.
I guess I would wait for the next weekly…
I like Pownce. It works fine. It looks awesome. It can come handy at times. I just need to get my friends to start using it.
And I also need their ‘upcoming’ Linux software edition. Sort of like Joost… I am still waiting for a Linux version.
I guess, the Tata Indicom guys were after all right to some extent. The problem probably lied in my handset. I replaced the aging Nokia phone with the oldest RAZR CDMA model and things seem to be fine now. Even in my basement. Pretty cool.
