So, A. R. Rahman finally won an Oscar for his music in Slumdog Millionaire. I guess it was long due considering he is a fantastic music creator and a singer as well. Slumdog might not be his best work but it got recognized globally due to various reasons. Personally, I love the music of this movie. Jai Ho is not my favorite track. My favorite would be: Paper Planes. :)

I watched the movie and I liked it. My mom liked it too. But my dad was pretty furious by the kind of images they showed and the kind of language it had.
