Congress is having some event in Delhi which is causing major problems for the people living in the city.
At least one person has already lost his life due to these events (allegedly).
I am not sure what to make of it.
On the other hand… Sachin Tendulkar scored his fiftieth Test Century. But… India lost the test match. But we are still celebrating. I guess losing a test is not a big deal when you get to compare Tendulkar with Bradman and decide the winner.
Finally, we get to hear cricketers announcing their own retirements. This is a good sign. Tendulkar might be having nightmares about finding himself the lonely oldie in the Indian Cricket Team in the coming months.
Tendulkar and Dhoni are likely to play in the England’s version of IPL. I guess that’s what they are going to do now. Play in professional leagues. Indian national cricket team can take care of itself.
Himesh Reshammiya would star in the remake of Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin. Ah Crap.
Very fascinating. Sehwag scores a triple century and accounts for more than half the total score. Dravid scores a hundred which shows that Sehwag needed his help and support for his triple ton…
Sachin flops and goes for a duck. Rest of the team just accounts for nibbles.
And the match ends in a tame draw!
My vote goes to Anil Kumble. I am not a very big fan of his but he is the only player in the team who commands as much if not more respect than Sachin Tendulkar.
He is going to retire in a year or two. BCCI would get enough time for Dhoni to get used to the pressures of ODI Captaincy.
Nothing new in this opinion of course.
