Ambani Brothers Unreliable Incorporation

I happen to visit service providers operated by both the Ambani brothers. I was disappointed at both the locations.

Reliance: Call us every time to get services restored

Reliance would disconnect your postpaid number everything you cross the limit.

You would be required to make a payment before they even deliver you the bill.

And you would have to contact them every time to get services restored.

Even after you have made the payments. EVERY TIME.

Their system is just not smart enough to restore all the services automatically after you make the payments.

Now, that is just unbelievable.

Now, I have and would never use a Reliance powered mobile connection. But my mom and dad do.

The company deactivated the outgoing on my mom’s phone after just 500 Rupees of usage.

They blocked outgoing. Even the calls to their customer care were not working.

The funny thing is that the bill was scheduled to be paid by April 2.

I had to go to their web world to pay the money and get the phone activated.

And I get that bill after 3-4 days of deactivation of the connection.
