India is the Twenty-20 World Champion!
India should really win this one. Pakistan has lost so many wickets at this stage. It would be great if they win as they would know that they can really survive without the big three…
I would be more satisfied considering if the big three were playing in this match, they would have taken a lot of credit for the wins.
In the end, it would mean that they were not be part of the team which actually won a World Cup for India after like 25 years!
Update: I hate Pakistan for that last stupid shot. But India won in the end. Nice. :)
India vs. Pakistan final…
Totally unbelievable stuff. I could have not expected this. I cannot really say that Australia played badly today. But they did. India bowled really well and I really do believe that they can win this tournament.
And they face Pakistan in the finals! What more could one have asked for.
Does I smell match fixing on the part of ICC? Duh. I had rather not speak my mind here. We have seen some good micro cricket here. Let them get what they deserve.
Australia… What a disappointment today.
BCCI and ICL
The way BCCI is reacting to ICL it is very clear that all they are bothered about is money and not the popularity and financial security of the cricket players in the country.
But the base of ICL is money… So, they are not very different from each other.
The funny thing I noticed today. One of the players being picked up by ICL had something like this to say:

This post highlights one of the weakest points of the movie Chak De India in which Aaj Tak proved that they suck at reporting news.
Just because Kabir Khan was shaking hands with the Pakistani players after the match and an Aaj Tak reporter took a photo of that happening… They just made it look like he was paid to lose the match for India to Pakistan?
Yeah right, they had guessed that Kabir Khan would indeed get the deciding chance for the victory in that match.

It is pretty clear from the tone of the album that the dude has been ‘inspired’ by singers of Pakistan origin.
Can’t even blame him considering they are really taking over the Indian music industry! And they are pretty darn good.
Mr. Sawant is not however.

Dhoni Dho Gaya Pakistan Ko
Chappell said in an interview that Dhoni is a dangerous player coz he is not scared of anything or anyone. And he showed that today in the match against Pakistan. The dude just does not show any emotion on the field except for laughter or smile! This reminds me of the sada Kapil Dev. The dude is pretty darn awesome.
