Wii Golf Pro status

I don’t have the patience to play this game considering the controllers are not sensitive enough for my taste. Maybe it’s the fault of the Wiimotes but I don’t like it.

But Ankit seems to love Golf and he plays pretty good at it. And he just became a Pro on it. And sadly nothing exciting happened.

Looks like you gain nothing when you become a Pro in Golf.

Nintendo Wiimote Batteries

Just realised that one of the two Wiimotes is already dead due to probably dead batteries. Online reports suggest that they last for between 15-25 hours. I surely have used them for that long. So no surprise.

Would be getting rechargeable batteries today. Would see how they perform.

Reminds me of the times I was using wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Was pretty irritating. The Wiimote has also seemed to behave glitchy on Wii Golf now. Not good…

Nintendo is awesome

The Wii Sports is perhaps the only game that is so fast to start, so simple to learn and so easy to enjoy in the market right now.

I managed to pick up the basics of the game within 2 minutes of playing them. The tutorials are awesome and the fun quality is incredible.

Though, it gets a bit boring if you are playing with the computer. Plus, you do feel sometimes that the controller is not responding to your moves. But I guess it’s because you do not use it the right way…

By the way, Wii Fitness Test tells me that my fitness level age is 37. That means I am as fit as a 37 year old? So sad… :(

Wiicabulary

Nintendo is going to become the Apple of the gaming industry. But with a difference. A gaming console developer, which sells in huge numbers. And these consoles are not over priced. Nintendo Wii is going to be the iPod of the gaming world, which is expected to change the way we look at videogames.

Parents won’t have to complain that kids just sit on the sofa playing games all day long. Wii’s controller would be a lot more physical and you can practically exercise while playing games using it on the gaming console.

That’s pretty awesome. And the name? I love it. Apparently, people are amused too and we now have a totally new vocabulary on the web originating from the word Wii…

Wii love Wii. Do you?
