I am getting more and more signs that BSNL broadband has collaborated with some net filtering company to block access for their users to a list of websites.
People are reporting that they are unable to access perfectly normal websites.
It is similar to how some types of websites are blocked in your office because they are deemed to make the employees unproductive.
But BSNL Broadband is for home users who should have the freedom to access whatever they want. Even if it’s the crappiest, most unsafest places on the web.
Television has become crap with the DTH mess, too much advertising, expensive paid channels, crap content…
Internet is somewhat better as you control the advertisements and the things you want to see or check out at any given time.
But things are apparently not going to last this good in the future.
