Vodafone India: Happy to help?

The ads have now become annoying especially when you DO know that the Vodafone Customer Care is pathetic and they are not really happy to help.

Here is an example comment from a Vodafone user:

I had got same response from a Vodafone customer care representative while complaining about network lost issue. That arrogant guy told me to cancel my connection.
Vodafone need to do something about their network and customer care guys or they are going to lose many of their customers at least I am not going to continue using Vodafone.

Reliance Communications Disgusts Me

Now, I have and would never use a Reliance powered mobile connection. But my mom and dad do.

The company deactivated the outgoing on my mom’s phone after just 500 Rupees of usage.

They blocked outgoing. Even the calls to their customer care were not working.

The funny thing is that the bill was scheduled to be paid by April 2.

I had to go to their web world to pay the money and get the phone activated.

And I get that bill after 3-4 days of deactivation of the connection.

The system used to be just fine. It was simple and understandable. Today when I was trying to pay my bills, the UI of the backend was totally changed. And it was changed for the worse. It took me double the time to go through the process and the website acted kind of funky.

Why change something that was not broken? Why change something to make it worse than before? Tata, that is so much like you!
