Printing on the Mac
Turned out to be a great experience. The printer I have HP Deskjet F2120. Vista has no drivers for it. Download is minimum of 50MB.

So we have a Mac OS X powered system on the local network at my place now.
I noticed that a lot of folders on my Vista machine have this new file named .DS_Store.
Apple iPhone Killer?
Apple iPhone might be a hit because of the coolness factor associated with the Apple Brand but the fact remains that it is all about software. Rival companies need to concentrate on software on their phones before they consider launching yet another iPhone killer. If you are going to end up using Windows Mobile OS on your phones, the product is expected to be mocked in the market because the software is not idiot friendly. Google Android is one platform which looks innovative enough and could potentially provide the much needed challenge to the Apple iPhone. MP3 players are more about music and coolness… The phone on the other hand is all about usability.
And the Apple iPhone seriously proves that Apple is much better at developing software compared to the giant Microsoft. Mac OS X might have proved the same but it is not as popular as Windows in any of the world markets. Apple iPhone on the other hand seems to be beating the mobile devices powered by Windows Mobile OS. This is a major achievement.
