FIA has released the official calendar for the Formula-1 2011 season and India finally finds a place on the calendar.
The race is scheduled to take place on October 30 2011 on the race track being built in Noida.
The calendar however marks the Indian event with a stipulation that it is subject to inspection of the track.
But things are looking good finally and we might finally have something to cheer about.
Indian government can have their Commonwealth Games… We would have the Formula-1!
I can only say that is not that bad. I am not a fan of the female anchor they have for the day time matches though.
I also like how they can show the entire match without a single break during the match time. Even during unofficial breaks where some player is being treated or something else has happened.
Michael Schumacher is finally back. He is part of yet another controversy that is going against him.
Being a Schumacher fan and reading about the incident today, I believe the penalty given to him today was unjustified.
Update: DAMN YAHOO INDIA. They made it sound like the deal is done. It’s not yet confirmed.

I am elated at the thought of getting to see him drive a Formula-1 car again.

It would be a disaster in happening for me personally. I have always seen him as a Ferrari guy. I have heard his statements in press several times that he would never drive for any other Formula-1 team. So what has changed now?
I just checked out the official press release on the judgement made in the crashgate scandal.
Renault accepted their fault.
And Fernando Alonso was found not guilty.
What a load of crap.
This is perhaps the news of the year. Force India did an incredible job at the Belgian Grand Prix.
