Dear airtel… respond to my two queries pliss?

I have two pending support queries filed with airtel. Nothing has been done about them in the last 2-3 days.

The first one is related to how they are no longer showing data consumption details on their Edge plan. Instead, they show some random call charges which are well stupid.

The second one is related to my broadband plan change. I had applied for a change in the first week of November. I was told to wait for a full month for my billing cycle to restart. It has restarted but my plan is still not changed.

Seriously… These are simply requests which can be responded to in a matter of minutes. What is going on?

So, calling Airtel customer care now cost money?

A lot of folks are angry that Airtel has been charging for calls made to their customer care.

This is not the kind of tweet you would expect from an official account of Airtel. But they have been repeatedly posting such spammy tweets.

Airtel Presence is the place to complain coz Airtel Customer Care is useless

I am not sure if you have tried calling the Airtel Customer Care numbers in the recent days.

My attempts 2 days ago were quite painful. It took me 10 minutes of waiting to get some guy on the other side and as soon as the other side picks up the phone, the connection simply disconnects.
