How do I install Adobe Flash Player on Ubuntu 11.04 64-Bit Edition?
I was asking this question to myself a couple of hours ago. Took some heavy googling to find an easy way out.
It tried doing it the manual way but it was simply frustrating. Adobe simply does not provide an easy way to accomplish it.
Thankfully, they do offer a beta version of Adobe Flash Player 64bit that works fine for me now.
These three commands might save you a lot of headache. They did for me!
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:sevenmachines/flash
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer
I was just checking out Adobe Air Marketplace after a long time. I noticed that I did not even have Adobe Air installed on my machine.
How many of you are actually using any of the Adobe Air App on a regular basis?
It was just released today and I was hoping it would come out yesterday. Because Wubi installed the 64Bit version of Ubuntu 8.10 on my machine… This is cool.

If you are a WordPress user, you might have noticed that file upload has stopped working with the latest Flash 10 Player update.
They made some changes in the code of the player which requires the developers of WordPress to change their own code to make it work again.
I hate it when preloaders on websites are used to load bigger and heavier preloaders.
