Airtel Broadband: 4 Hours to Next Day service promise

Airtel Broadband till sometime back had a 4 hour guaranteed service. It meant that after you file a complaint they usually took less than 4 hours to respond to it.
Today, it is by next day for complaints filed before 12 noon.

Ok. I am not sure if it would work for me or not. But the support call was prompt and very friendly. I could have talked to them for hours without getting annoyed. I am impressed… On Site Warranty means that the person would come at my place to fix the machine. Awesome stuff!
