Insanity Rediscovered

I have been unable to find any more updates to Ubuntu. Looks like I am already upgraded to Ubuntu 7.10…

So, today I found out that we just get one hour of water supply in the evening. For some weird reason the water tank at my place was empty by the afternoon. And I waited for a long time for the supplies to arrive. And in that one hour, the tank did not get enough [...]

The system used to be just fine. It was simple and understandable. Today when I was trying to pay my bills, the UI of the backend was totally changed. And it was changed for the worse. It took me double the time to go through the process and the website acted kind of funky.
Why change [...]

TRAI specifically say that the broadband companies have to provide at least 80% of the specified speeds.
But Airtel promises just half the of the speeds with their packages. It’s officially listed and accepted by their customer care people.
Why is TRAI silent on this issue?
I am frustrated coz Airtel does not provide me double speeds [...]

So my friend needs to shift two of his Airtel Broadband connections from one place to another. He files a request on Friday morning.
He checks the status in the evening to hear that no request has been filed in the past. He files the request once again.
He checks on Saturday morning to find out [...]
