Ubuntu: Need a video converter which outputs a Zune compatible file

Microsoft Zune is practically useless on a Linux machine. In fact, I cannot find a video converter on the Linux platform which would output a file which would sync on a Zune without requiring any conversion…
Any help?

Microsoft does not have a MSN Messenger version for Linux. Yahoo Messenger for Linux apparently sucks. Google Talk too does not work on Linux. So for file transfers to your friends… Use Skype!
Apparently Pidgin’s file transfer is buggy too… Pando does not have a Linux version as well…

I wrote my first CD in Linux environment and apparently it was easier compared to using Nero on Windows platform… K3B is pretty awesome indeed!
