Of losing weight and some common sense

So, dad managed to gather some courage and sit on my motorcycle’s backseat to go for a hair cut at VLCC (Vandana Luthra Curls and Curves!) with me. Yeah, they do men’s hair too… Came as a shock to me too. And while I was waiting I had the misfortune of hearing conversations between a not so fat (??) girl getting lured into a 28000 package by the marketing girl of the center. 28000 for losing 20 KGs? For god sake, if I had to get thin (I am moderately fat, I would admit that…), I would have bought myself an iPod in that money, start morning and evening jogs, gone on a diet of boiled vegetables and salad. Not pay these guys that much money to tell me what to eat (and what not to) and get some weird machine to treat me with weird massages.

I believe common sense can be better than any kind of treatment when it comes to losing body weight and get healthy.

You need to have common sense to be motivated?

if the person has some common sense, he will find the motivation to achieve what he wants. :)

Not only common sense is needed. Self motivation cures it all. Paying 28,000 Rupees for something that you can do yourself (exercise and eat right) is outrageous. To make that realization, you really just need a brain.
