This is amazing. A user highlights the fact that a web hosting company does not outsource the support work to India. Let’s count it as a positive factor for using the company’s services… Yohoo!

They all speak English - Bluehost doesn’t outsource their tech support to some building in India like so many other companies do. They all speak perfect English.
Update: Maybe It’s not a good idea after all. You end up waiting for eternity to get a response from their US based customer care representatives. As I experienced myself today.
