Proud to be not outsourcing to India!

This is amazing. A user highlights the fact that a web hosting company does not outsource the support work to India. Let’s count it as a positive factor for using the company’s services… Yohoo!

Update: Maybe It’s not a good idea after all. You end up waiting for eternity to get a response from their US based customer care representatives. As I experienced myself today.

I recently learned many Dutch companies outsource support to South-Africa, because of the 90% similarity between the language a small course is enough to have a cheap South-African behind the telephone line. And I used to be under the impression that they had outsourced it to computers, based over here, only being able to say "if you want this thing you're not looking for, press 1/2/3/etc".
