Sushubh is overweight!
A friend who is doing a masters course in dieting (wth!) just recently told me that I was around 12 kilos overweight. Now, this is bad. This means that I should rather avoid eating junk food, aerated drinks, coffee with lots of sugar, and many many other things, which I like to have on a daily basis.
Add to that the fact that I am no longer riding my bike (which is a good enough exercise in itself!) and hate walking or jogging. Gym is an absolutely no no considering I don’t like the concept. It looks like I do not need to smoke to kill myself after all!
