What time did you get this kind of performance??? Usually, in the evening, my speed suddenly drops (Home 900 UL from BSNL) and I get very high ping time for most sites. Seems to be systemic. If I reboot the modem, it helps to an extent.

It happened to me also… Get in touch with Airtel DSL Helpdesk immediately…. They resolved my problem in 3 hours flat!!!!
Now it never goes below 250

I forgot… The MOST EFFECTIVE way to get in touch with Airtel customercare is to send them an email. Telephone will not help.
