Here is a startling revelation about the mall in Gurgaon, which houses the very popular PVR movie hall. If you are going there for the late night show, make sure you don’t have to go to the loo at the end of the movie.
Why?
Because the mall guys close all the loos before the last show on the movie hall ends. The only one opens are the one, which are inside the PVR premises! Sucks Right? Someone should sue The Metropolitan Mall for this insanity!

So much for the booming retail industry in India and BIG stores like THE HOME STORE can’t evern recruit employees who actually know what customer care is!!
“we only have these items, take it or put it back on the rack”
“i don’t know, see it for yourself”
“leave the store”
“get out”
how very ridiculous! anyway this idiot employee at gurgaon The Home Store in Metropolitan mall acted like a jerk and trust me if it was some hot shot customer then he/she would beat the crap out of him and drag him till the main enterance of the mall coloring him all blue ad black!!
I was in haste or else would have done it myself. supposedly he (de suza something) was the only incharge that day after 8pm on 19th Jan 2008. Somebody needs to take some initiative of teaching these stupid idiots how to render polite service to their customers.
feel like givin it out in papers but again, is it going to make any difference?????!! nope not atall!!
that jerk sounded like he own the store, on asking the complaint forms he simply said “get out” oh I wish I wasn’t in a hurry. But then again these big stores really need some spanking or a wild shake so that they understand what frekin customer care service is!!!!
really pissed customer!! I strongly recomend that there should be some kind of store rating websites and the comments should be posted right at the main enterence of the freakin HOME STORE!!
