Hi guys! What you say about this service provider is still true when it comes to their customer support. I tried to book this site with my credit card. They charged me twice for the same domain. Endless phone calls to their customer support provided me with nothing. Finally they agreed to credit the amount… i think around Rs. 3000 odd back to my credit card. This after sending them those trouble tickets. I have not received this money till date. All my trouble tickets have been deleted by their people. So I sorta have no proof that i sent them those tickets. Plus my original invoices have been changed on their site to show that they have charged me just one time for the domain. Cheats!!!

i have a partner panel with net4 i have dedicated hosting with them with splitting pack. very poor and pathetic customer services, and even new built control panel is cheap in quality and all important features are not working.

really it is disgusted and i am not recommending to anybody to have serivces with them

Pls do not host with them. They are also not giving us the freedom to change the CHMOD to writable (777). If we would like to change the chmod , we have to contact the support desk…. This is the stupid thing I ever heard… I hosted a domain with them, after this stupid thing, I changed to another hosting provider. Now no problem….. I wasted my time for 6 months….. Again I said ” DO NOT HOSTED WITH NET4″

Even i am experiencing the same problem with net4india, i want to transfer a domain from net4india to other service provider and i am tryng to call the customer care from almost from past one week and no one picks up the call.

i have already spent lot of money on the phone call itself. and in the bangalore office also no one picks up the call.

Now my client is upset and decided to book a new domain name with some other service provider
