The fact that each different board or country holds a different monetary value in the Cricketing world does not help ICC either. It is a fact; well known and oft proclaimed that BCCI is the richest cricket controlling board in the world, and tries to use this 'clout' at time for undue advantage. ICC is a good concept. But may be better run if there was a board on the ICC with a representation from each 'major' cricketing nation. If it already does, it needs to be more publicised and in more control.
