		<description>on your connection, you should get 8KBps... Sify basically sucks. Either try to get it fixed. or move on to MTNL/BSNL/Airtel.</description>

		<description>You were lucky to remember SIFY. We were not no lucky so as to remember anybody of modern ages. Airtel took whole 30 hrs (yes, 30 hours) to locate the reasons for the disruption of 2 Mbps line - you know what! It 's just mere 15 minutes test needed to locate this kind of problem generally.  

They had spent more than 29+ hours or so in not letting into customer's suggestion (to look at their end - MUX or something) and inventing exotic stories to explain why they do not want to investigate at their end.
 
Finally they had budged in and accepted that their MUX or something was the cause and did something to restore the services.

Better to have services, albeit at snail pace; rather than completely shut off from your clients and the rest of world.</description>

		<description>i take Datainfosys broadband of 128 KBps speed they said the browsing speed is 128Kbps and downloading speed is 13 Kbps. according this airtel do the same. where as if we take 128Kbps connection it would be 128KBps downloadning and browsing.
