You’re quite correct most of us are’nt matured enough to know whats good for us at 30 let alone 18, how else do u explain the miracle of the UPA being voted to power ? As far as marrying at 21 and drinking at 25 is concerned, from your amusing past archives its best you stay away from both for a long time to come. I guess the Govt. took that decision in foresight keeping you in mind

There is Diners at IHC , Delhi which has a sign that reads : Alcohol will not be served to individuals who “apparently” appear below 25!

i went to this restaurant in CP. asked for a beer. the guy asks whether i was under 25. i said, do i look that young? he gave me a stare and went to get my kingfisher!
it was totally illegal
but less than 9 months to make that legal…
