Insanity Rediscovered

So, Yahoo! bought Konfabulator and renamed it Yahoo! Widgets. So far so good. but it was interesting to see that the company believes Mail to be a collaborative effort. The tag line of the Yahoo! Mail Widget said: ‘Be the first to know when new mail arrives.’

Now, someone needs to tell me why I would like someone else to know when my mail arrives in the Yahoo! Mail inbox?
