ICICI Bank: More problems
The dudes at the ICICI Bank issued me a new debit card last month as my original one was expired. And since the beginning of this month, the Infiniti of their online system is rejecting the digits on this new debit card, which they ask me for verification on every online transaction I make.
Even more interesting. I tried to recharge my Hutch prepaid using my ICICI online banking. The system rejected my new debit card numbers and told me that the payment was not made. In spite of that, the money was credited from my account. And I am still after 8 days waiting to get back the amount which went through despite it being rejected by the backend.
Today, again. 18 days into the new month, the backend again refused to accept the digits of my new debit card for verification when I made an online money transaction to another account.
What am I supposed to do? Rant? I am doing that. Right?
I am working with ICICI customer care to get my issue sorted out for last 6 months and it is still keep going with no possible ETA at this point. Not sure when I will get the issue sorted out and I will have my credit card transactions clean. Please watch out .. Here is my latest communication to customer care, I made this morning. I dont know when I will get answer or when my issue will be sorted out.

Are you able to read and understand my questions ? I got replies from you on 07th, 09th and 18th of October with the same contents. Is this some kind of automated response you are sending ? The funniest part is nothing answered my questions and the answers were very generic.
If you think, you can’t answer the question, let me know the person / contact # (I am happy to call anything other than customer care) / mail ID , where I will get some decent answers.

I said I am totally confused after reading your replies. And even after that I am getting a vague reply. I have three questions and answering them will help me in understanding.
Question-1) When the dispute money is already reversed on my credit card, I dont understand what is under dispute now which does not let the late payment fees associated to it not reversed.
Question-2) Do we have any date by which the dispute will be sorted out ? Or in simple terms what is the ETA ?
Question-3) As a customer what is expected out of me now ?

I have my salary acc, in ICICI bank , my salary through company is not deposited yet to my acc. After enquiring i got a answer that my debit account was temp, disabled and they have enabled again and salary will be deposited.
Can anybody in the world tell me ,What kind of banking this is , How the BEEEP they can deactivate my account .. oh gosh…… this should be noted down in guniess book of world record..

This is regarding ECS dropped this month. I do know whom to send the message. I do not have any specific mail id for personal loan dept. I request you to replace the amount for this month. My salary account has changed to Citi bank, so its get delayed. This does not happen again and also please mail to the above mail ID. Please send to the particular person and I need phone number and mail ID for further use. Thanks

there is a site called icicimoney2india to send money from abroad to india in that site the bank is giveing add to refer a friend and get 60min talktime but they are not doing that and also there is a add if u send 1500$ u will get 100 min calling card they didnt give any calling cards to their customers after i spoke to the customer service they told to send the tracking number i had send the tracking number but they send a replay for that mail ur calling card is still in processing after 10 days they send a link to send the tracking number for many of my friends the didnt give any calling card to them they are cheating many people we r sending money through their site they dont have any tracking number r what ….
