It's completely logical. I'm the same way. I won't do any kind of banking or bill paying online. I still pay my bills the old fashioned way.....the check's in the mail. Online banking is not a risk I'm willing to take.

I recharged hutch from ICICI bank online they cut the money from my account and also they didnt recharged my cell phone
punjab circle ,
ICICI is really shitty bank , It loots everybody , Its a Mafia bank
People should not use this bank.Everybody must be aware of its unfare practices , how it kill people on the name of loan using its Gundas
Strict action should be taken against this bank.
Everybody should raise their voice.

One of the bluddy co. with poor customer service, I had recharged my mobile for Rs.88/- for Re.1/min STD calls and from last 8 days their customer care are just making useless timepass and keep and pending this issue for next 1 day.

No body is willing to give the superier number for resolve the issue.

As per Rs 253/- monthly recharge... hutch to hutch STD callrate is RE 1 per min....and local call rate 25 p per min....but they recharged normal rate of 2.50/- on my STD calls..and 99p on my local calls... i registered the complaint and asked for compensation..but till time no response.... what is this ....? i doubt their customer serivce is working for customers or for someone else.....i suggest to change the name as ' NOCARE'
