The problem? Mangal Pandey looked fabulous too. I just hope we have something like Dil Chahta Hai here. Contemporary setting with ultra cool sets with an interesting storyline with a fresh outlook with excellent performances from the cast. Waiting for the sound track. I will buy an Audio CD. Will you?

Mangal Pandey was bad script. Lack of focus and unecessary additions to the main plot was one reason it was not appealing. Story of Rang De Basanti looks promising. Hope that the writers and director does not screw up the screenplay. Fingers crossed.

I am v bullish on the movie Rang De Basanti,….all songs sound v cool especially “Ru-ba-ru” and so also are the promos,…indeed one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2006,…this one for sure will rock the nation!!!
the storyline scares me. the rumors are that the group kills the defense minister at the end of the movie coz they could not get proper justice! sounds freakish to me.

If it is true that in the movie the group kill the defence minister cos they could not get justice …I think that sounds stupid…no wait, it sounds like another Mangal Pandey waiting to happen….I hope the film is as good as the promos atleast this time(fingers crossed)
