Indian MPs can surprise you once in a while
For the good reasons that is… Just saw this on NDTV 24×7… We have a MP in Dr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria from Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh) who unlike other MPs do not even own a car, let alone drive one to the office (that is Indian Parliament). He has been driving a scooter to come to office since 1991 when he first became a MP. In fact NDTV tracked him going to Parliament on a puny old looking LML Vespa Select…
Now compare that to someone like Amar Singh (I remember seeing his garage containing everything from a Jeep Cherokee to a Lexus!) and well… Kingfisher King Vijay Malaya who is planning to launch a low cost airline in the coming months.
