A comment I left in the review book of this Italian restaurant I went to today…
I do not think I am ever going to develop taste for Italian food after I had some of it today at your restaurant.

i thought so. but the one i went to was not just a cheap imitation. it was a branded italian chain. anyways, next time i would take an informed guy with me in a proper recognised restaurant
Don’t judge italian food by going to one of the fake ethnic restaurants. We have a chain of them here called olive garden. Its the same thing with whats called chinese food in india is actually not chinese food but food from nepal and eastern india that has been currified. Many indians make that mistake when they enter an authentic chinese restaurant in america and realize that chowmein is not exactly what they thought it was.
