Mistakes of my life
I have made mistakes several times in my professional life. Choosing bad web hosts has been one of them. Choosing wrong people to work with has been other. While, I survived the previous one easily after initial glitches, the latter is what that sucks the most. The first guy involved her love interest in our business interest, which I felt was a wrong move. Thank god, I moved out when I had time because the guy now has a legal case of fraud pending against him.
The second one moved out without telling me a reason, which was quite stupid in itself. We have resolved our differences and are playing it safe now with our business work. The third one has turned out to be the worse of the lot. I did everything in my capacity to get the things going. However, when my usability was over… the dude cursed me for being non-serious! This is when he himself had disappeared from the office for his other business interest, which I had no interest in.
None of the initial two guys gave me problems with regards to investments and returns during the time we conducted business together. The third one has turned into a financial mess…
Every employee has the right to go for another company, The boss has no rights to interfare the personal life of the employees.
This fight was between the two Boss of the compaies why the employees surffer, in the fight of them.
But with the angle of human nature Mridul Goel is a Complete Professsional for these thing.
As the boss he does not Deserve the post of the boss or you can say that he donot need to be a boss. He cannot run the IT company.
Every employee has the right to go for another company, The boss has no rights to interfare the personal life of the employees.
This fight was between the two Boss of the compaies why the employees surffer, in the fight of them.

well i am open for a debate. the problem is that u never was in my position. you think money comes easily to me. u think 1000 dollars is not a good amount for me. i just gave gave gave and gave to the company. never expected and got in return. what i got in the end was ‘you are not committed to the company’ what shit.
maybe if you would be spending like crazy on something which does not give u anything in return you would know how i feel like. spend more than a lakh ruppes on stuff which becomes useless in 1 day and you would know what it feels like.
maybe if robert say to you that u are not committed enough to your company, you would know how i feel today.
Well i have pretty good answers for this comments too. But i don’t want to be in cold war with u bcz..i never been the member of u r team. And can’t forget, how u helped me in my bad days:)
yup making bad friends is my biggest faults
trusting people and supporting them is another of my big fault.
trying my best to help them get on their feet is another fault.
revealing my business secrets to them is another.
asking them my dues is another.
telling the truth is another.
being a nice guy is another.
asking for reasons is another.
Sushubh, u shud think once again while making these kind of statements. It was not 100% fault from other side, u r also a responsible up to a extent for this break & u shud accept it:)
