I'm 19 and I still haven't felt the negative effects of it. I know I smoke too much but since I feel fine everyday it's hard to want to quit. The only time I ever feel bad from it is when I have a massive headache like right now. I keep saying I'll quit in a year or two but I never get around to it. Step 1 of quitting: Wanting to quit.
