ICICI bank , HDFC bank and All state Bank are having arrangement of sharing ATM with each other . But they never advertise or educate customer . this can be done in a simple way by putting a notice inside ATM booth that for which bank atm you will be charged and for whom it is free.
It appears that private banks are moving on nationalised bank path . Charge from ignorants and free services to big corporates .
