I moved from Airtel to Hutch to get rid of the spamming Airtel did to my mobile phone. Hutch was nice and still better than Airtel. But I hate the calls I get from the customer care people of Hutch telling me to move onto a different (not better of course) package to get the most out of their services (sic!). The latest call I received was a shame…
The guy as usual asked me if I was happy with my package and whether I want to move onto some other one. I told that dude that I was tired of receiving calls from dorks like him. So, I was moving to reliance (a lie of course). Surprisingly, the guy changed his tone and recommended me to leave hutch immediately! Told me that Hutch sucked and had too many flaws in their system.
In addition, he told me that he was himself going to leave the company (what the hell!) and I should move onto some other company too! Someone at Hutch would be mad if I tell the authorities this story. However, who cares. We cannot do anything about these bothering tele callers in India…

dear sir ,on 27 nov 08 around 6.30 i activated my caller tune by sending msg to 144 ACT CT they charge me rs.30 and they send me reply select song by sending
msg to 55655 i did wt the said.i selected song from avaram aiyaram oh shanthi song but they activated some other song iyappa song om gana.. ……
and they charge rs 15 .so i enqire customer care they replied u selected that song only thats y it got activate.i spoke to this issue with 4 customer care executive all replied they same at last mahesh is spoke to me he told we do the needfull but that is not happened.now they cut my customer care collection i m unable to speak with cc executive.
sundar is the person who attend my call on 27 around 7-7.30pm his reponse is very poor he dont know how to speak with customer.
pls take this issue and do the needful for me .

Just go to any hutch shop nearby and inform them it is locked…tel ur number..they will giv you PUK number..
By chance if you enter wrong PUK number more then 3 times sim will get lock..you may have to tak a duplicate sim
I am having a prepaid mobile connection bearing number 9953046435.My mobile number is life time
prepaid connection.
Today i have recharged my mobile connection with Rs.225.00 using payment gateway of ICICI
Bank through http://www.icicibank.com (using my login id and password, provided by Bank).
The transaction id issued by bank is BIL/000083105159/0202/919953046435.
I was supposed to get maximum talk value of Rs. 225 without validity but my mobile
account has been credited with Rs. 90.25 only.
I have asked at Vodafone Customer care, they told me that my mobile account is recharged
with Rs. 90.25 with 15 days validity. I donot understand, when my mobile connection is
life time free, why my mobile account is credited with validity scheme.
Please change my previous recharging scheme and credit my account with full talk value of
Rs. 225.00.
Kindly look into this matter and credit my mobile account as soon as possible.
