Change is a fact of life and I have moved to join the Nirulas fast food group based out of Delhi but am proud to have been associated with the A1 project for a long time.

However having a decent bathroom, particularly for women
on the road, you are great !

I would like to express my experience which i had at your plaza at banglore hiway when i was travelling from b’ lore to chennai

I was never charged for toilets four months back when i visitied your hiway restaurant , yesterday the person said i’am suppose to pay rs. five, why change in system from time to time.

Also would like to bring to your notice that the place i went has turned out to be a great one when compared to my previous visit. The food, service and hospitality recevings i had with my fly. was very good. Worth Returning.

Dear Sh Jain

It is unfortunate that a mishap had occured while you were at one of the outlets and let me assure you that we have taken optimum care for the fixtures and fittings installed.
However, it is probably an error by the cleaners of the plaza to not have hooked the same back properly after the procedure.
Corrective action is being taken and all light and fan points are being advised to be checked duly to the concerned.

May I kindly request you to please drop a mail to me at harkirat.uberoi@ril.com so that the same may be forwarded to the State Hospitality Manager also.
