Gentlemen, I could see that most of the people here are satisfied with what was being served. The problem is Reliance cannot be really relied upon. Without petrol pump opeartions they are offering plazas to poor business men who do not know how to do the feasability study and investing a huge amount into business and wait for years together to get the refunds back. This is a pure cheating from reliance. This is national shame to both the brothers. And if this is the way they have come up to build such an empire, shame on you guys.

I would like to express my experience which i had at your plaza at banglore hiway when i was travelling from b' lore to chennai

I was never charged for toilets four months back when i visitied your hiway restaurant , yesterday the person said i'am suppose to pay rs. five, why change in system from time to time.

Also would like to bring to your notice that the place i went has turned out to be a great one when compared to my previous visit. The food, service and hospitality recevings i had with my fly. was very good. Worth Returning.

With the consideration that It has the label of Reliance We went in but sorry to say about the way service and the quality of food. Still I have with me the receipt number 16985 Dt,4.2.08. The uthappam which I order had unacceptable taste.The rates are not even reasonable. Being the part of a big corporate house the A Plaza must be of that category. Just a few yard away there is Chetal plaza which provide the best service with quality food and surrounding.

I hope the reliance group must realise this and keep the name on priority of acceptance by any one.

Let me have locational information of A1 Plaza on Bangalore - Chennai Route - NH7 + NH46

Dear Sir,

I want to notify you that I was in the way of my Haridwar-Delhi Highway going to delhi on 02/07/2007. My bus stopped in A1 plaza I think located in Muzaffarnagar. I went in and i ordered a thali price Rs. 70 and what I got was Dal, Shahi paneer, and I even not able to think that there was Karela in that thali. It thought it was okay, but when I started to eat it, it was so much sore more than a neem and I was not able to eat it. My friend who was with me is fond of sore food, and he ate a little bit of it. When the waiter came and I complained him he asked me if I want change to change it. I told him to do if he can and he went to the kitchen, the person there asked the waiter to pick up the remaind food and it was about half of it what was served. He refused and he will not change it it is alerady half of done. I want to ask you first you serve a Karela in your THALI that I have never seen in my whole life served in a THALI, but it will be okay if it was not so much sore that I was upset to eat the lunch and even after that your employee behaved like that. If it was my hotel and I served that kind of SORE thing, I must replace the whole THALI, not even the single product. I want to ask you what kind of service you are providing to your customers. I do not think that one person is going that highway will not come again from that away, the people go again and again and make a pet restaurant and let the people know what they experienced. I hope you will take an action and this must not happen again to the other person. Also, please remove the karela from your THALI also.

d/sir regards. on 25.04.07 we visited your a-1 plaza situated at chotila truck stop village kumbhara,surendranagar (gujarat) operated by kapn pvt. ltd, while we were on route to jamnagar to attend a marriage. we were 4 adults and 4 childeren with a driver. since (outisde) temperatue was over 40, we preferred the a/c cabin for lunch. despite many requests the dhaba employee did not reduce the cabin temp. below 29 saying that reducing the temp. will consume more electricity. any how just after finishing our lunch with in minutes we made the payments since we were in hurry. but all of sudden on child aged about 5 years went to laterine. then we were pushed to wait. immediately a employee came and switched off the a/c . we requested him that now this is a matter of 5 minutes, kindly on the a/c. but he didnot. when contacted the man called manager (but did not seem),very rudely refused to on the a/c saying that since you have made the payments now matter is over. we said that let the child come and we shall depart but he said that do you want to sit for hours long in a/c of free. we requested him that we are also in hurry and are not in position to sit for hours. but he behaved very rudely.
our job is of touring type and already we have enjoyed many of a-1 plazas.
what i feel that these type of incidents give very bad impact on reputation. kindly take an appropriate action and infrom us by mail. sorry for incovenience caused. regards. arvind sharma

The scene was that all the staff was busy engaged in viewing the television. When i asked one of the waiter for the food ,he had least time to at least speak to us. Some 7 to 8 staff members were only busy with the television and nobody stood up and asked us for any help. It was really insulting episode and we left the place without having any food.
