Yup. I have finally decided to migrate my photos from Flickr to Google Picasa Web. I have been preparing for this move for years now. The biggest obstacle has been recovering the photos from Flickr. I have tried everything ranging from Backupify to Bulkr to other apps. I do believe I have 99% of my stuff downloaded from Flickr and now I am working on migrating it to Picasa Web Albums.

And it is turning out to be quite an adventure!

I am not the only one facing this problem apparently. Google Groups is full of people facing this error for years now.

Error (10) Storage unavailable

Conserve bandwidth mode seems to be helping but is very annoying because it takes too long to upload individual photos.
