Three addictions…
Latest is that I have stopped consuming alcohol (except for an occasional beer), stopped non-veg. but I continue to smoke like a chimney… apparently, something is bothering me big time.

Smoking, You will not find out what is bothering you if you continue to smoke, its simply a ‘Smoke Screen’ and covering up whats going on inside. Stop! and you’ll be surprised what you find out.
