Search Engine Analysis



I just started a new test site for the sake of monitoring the behavior of search engines with a brand new site that is promoted well in them. The initial response by the search engines has been disappointing. Google read the homepage first. Yahoo! reached second with MSN dropping in last. Google than captured the sub-domains along with Yahoo! together. MSN was again late.

However… MSN has already started to read the internal pages, which is the most crucial aspect. Yahoo! and Google are still stuck on the home pages of the sub domains. The problem is that the traffic is expected to come from Google so getting into MSN is not much of a relevance. Yahoo! is likely to excel in giving good positions early. However, we will see…

    Yeah search engine optimization is quite fun even I do try sometimes…you get to learn so much just fooling around with it….. btw what’s the site link you trying.. ? each search engine has it own advantage and disadvantage .. to get a page indexed
