As per RTI information from TRAI, FUP is ILLEGAL. There is NO provision in TRAI that speaks of FUP. The logical case is to file a petition in TRAI and ask them to enforce it's own provisions. I don't have time at present but can guide anyone who needs that help to pursue it.
