And now they claim that one million of their customers have OPTED for paperless billing.
How is this OPT IN? When you are forcing users to OPT OUT of paperless billing?
Update: A user on India Broadband Forum claims that Airtel is forcing the e-bill on him even when he switched back manually to the paper bill. The system is probably set to switch the user to e-bill every month.
