I cant believe ICICI bank is so hopeless. try logging on to your account online in the evening... most likely the pages wouldnt display. Guys i wouldnt risk putting too much of my savings in such a dumb bank, who would beg you for money and when it comes to service they suck!!!

Got a talktime of Rs 46 for a recharge amount of Rs.200, from ICICI online banking for Vodafone! Such fleecing rates are nowhere mentioned in the site. In fact it does not even list the recharge amounts for Vodafone!

Hmm.. yeah.. definitely use for lazy guys like me. I would stop over for a fag but not for recharging. I prefer online. Its easy and convenient.

I was going through some of the posts above and found myself amused at some of the posts. First of all this site isnt a standard Vodafone a.k.a Hutch grievence redressal spot. I know understand why people are funnily posting their grievences here?? huh!! people.. see the site address :D

secondly .. many people are asking for ways to do it online.. again people!! if u have ICICI or HDFC online banking account then go into their website and simply search!! yeah!! simply search for the keywords "online prepaid recharge". Googling should have brought in results but even though it didnt you have your financial institution's website. Utilize the great search feature..

well nyway.. as said before.. i'm loving the idea of recharging online.. have been using it from over 2 years and never had any issues. yeah one time the transaction didnt go through and it took couple of days for the money to return to my account. Other than this.. my recharging online was a smooth ride

By now your card must be showing balance. This happened to me more than once. If you recharge your hutch (now vodafone) card by using icici infinity banking, then sometimes the response is delayed. The reason of delay could also be an error occurred from your part. For eg., if you have a Delhi connection and accidently you clicked on Andhra Pradesh, then the balance won't be transferred. So you have to be careful. But don't worry - the payment will be reversed to your account after sometime if you have made an error. Now please don't start thinking that I am an ICICI employee or Hutch employee. I am just a common man always being bugged and harrased by these so called service oriented organizations and I whole heartedly hate ICICI & hutch for their services. Rajeev (Delhi)

I recharged my phone through ICICI Internet online prepaid mobile recharge facility on 6th nov 2006-11:40 p.m.the money wa taken away from my ICICI account but no talktime was credited to my hutch phone.
I called up hutch on 7-nov-2006 12:10 a.m. and they asked me wait for 48 hrs..that ends on 8-Nov-2006 11:40 p.m.So, when I called up again on 8-nov-2006, they told me to wait for another 72 hrs..and so..I have been endlessly waiting for talktime but ..no valuable info given...

I am not receiving the hutch bill from the last 3-4 Month and i usually make the payment without bill. Every time customer care call us to remind the due date and then the collection agency calls every second day. But how can i make the payment without knowing the break off my bill.

Why are you not sending my the bill?

This is not only in my case but one of my colleague is also facing the same problem

weird. here it charges in less then 4 minutes! i have done so 4 times already this year...

I just tried re-chring once but it was not done in a day. So had to recharges from the market for lesser value, in the hope ICICI will recharge it in 2-3 days. After that they gave a refund and for me... it was loss of Rs 150/-

been the case for a long time now...

from where is see. considering every penny i have is in white. and i have to pay tax on it. and phone is a business expense. this helps me... :|

not desirable...from taxation perspective...as such expenses leave audit trail...better route through cash...thanks (just an advice)
