I have already blogged about the new Fair Usage Policy crap from Airtel on TW.

A user on the India Broadband Forum had an interesting response he said he got from the Airtel team.

He pretty much stated:

“We would like to inform that as per TRAI guide lines we have the privilege to enjoy the Fair usage policy. Please find the below attachment for your ready reference.”

I am not sure if this is indeed the case. Did Airtel just said that they have the privilege to apply FUP on their customers from TRAI? When did that happen?
