Airtel Presence is the place to complain coz Airtel Customer Care is useless

I am not sure if you have tried calling the Airtel Customer Care numbers in the recent days.

My attempts 2 days ago were quite painful. It took me 10 minutes of waiting to get some guy on the other side and as soon as the other side picks up the phone, the connection simply disconnects.

I decided to send an email to Airtel Presence division which I believe is responsible for social media marketing for the company.

The response time was pretty terrible. I got an email response after around 12 hours that some action would be taken to resolve my complain.

After like 30 hours, I get a call from Airtel. Thankfully, my problem was automagically resolved in a couple of hours of sending that initial email.

The idea I got from the call was that if you send a complaint to the Airtel Presence division, it is taken very seriously and the guys responsible for catering to the problems have strict instructions to get the things fixed up asap.

To get in touch with Airtel Presence team… Here are some of the options:

Twitter Facebook and email id: airtelpresence@airtel.in. Basically, you would have to send in an email because that’s what their Twitter folks tell you to do. So, basically you need an internet connection to get your problems through to this team…

dear sir , airtel has 3rd class services and customer care exc. are also 3rd class ,...my 2 airtel postpaid numbers are baared(08295596666)(8295683333) ....and they are barred without any reason ...they generate my bill and didnt less my message pack free message balance.....now they saying that you have allow to send 100msg per day , but this rules is run from 27th of september , but they are calculating for whole month i.e my billing period from 8th september to 7oct.....you dont know how much problems i am facing from past three days , m missing my important calls and airtel nodal officer and custmr care exc. are doing nothin and making fun of me........contact me as soon as possible @ 09802020209........hope you will get back to me soon...........

I can assure you that this airtel presence is just as bad. Airtel sucks and nothing can change that. Airtel is a bloodsucking lying and cheating company. I have had a few billing issues and its been more then 2 years and its still not resolved.

Airtel should be barred from doing business in India .. Let them go to Africa and suck some African blood now..
