The latest bug to develop on my car is the failure of the Microsoft’s Blue&Me system.

The audio controls have stopped working for the USB based media.

The calling buttons and the famous Windows icon button also have stopped responding.

One solution I found online is to reboot the Windows Mobile system that powers this whole ‘technology’.

Would have to find someone who can disconnect the battery and reconnect it after a while.

If that fails, I would have to take it to the Fiat service center hoping they would find a solution for me. The solutions I read online is a replacement of the device which requires to be imported from Italy. Which means a waiting time of a month. Let’s hope it is covered under warranty. My car would be one year old in a month’s time so I would have to hurry!

Update: The reboot method seems to have worked. Windows Mobile probably rebooted and it is all well now. For the time being! Yey! Microsoft WTH.
