Michael Schumacher is finally back. He is part of yet another controversy that is going against him.

Being a Schumacher fan and reading about the incident today, I believe the penalty given to him today was unjustified.

FIA made the rules but did not accept that it was not clear enough. Mercedes GP was right in claiming that they followed the rules. The race did not end with the safety car. Safety car entered the pits before the race was finished.

Michael Schumacher loses his spot that would have given him some more points. He is 12th officially. This is pretty annoying. Especially when I read the part that Damon Hill was one of the stewards involved in the decision making process.

But one thing is clear. Michael Schumacher and Ross Brawn are back.
