Airtel customer support has a Twitter account named @Airtel_Presence.

Too bad they have no idea about the problems being faced by us users on their broadband services.

A lot of high profile sites are not working. Yahoo.com, IGN.com, Opera.com… The list is getting pretty long.

India Broadband Forum users have confirmed the problems. Airtel continues to blame it all on the cable cut. But they do not have any confirmed answers for us on when the problem would be resolved.

Of course, they have to accept that there is a problem in the first place!
