Etisalat is one of the new major player in the mobile services market in India.
The company has launched their Indian operations under the brand name Cheers Mobile.

They have a working website which does not really clarify where they are currently providing mobile services.
So, I decided to send them an email asking about their plans to launch their services in Gurgaon.
I got an automated reply as under:
Thank you for writing to us. You will receive a response from us within the next 7 days.
Seven Days to reply to a pretty generic question! What would be their time frame to respond to questions posed by actual customers?!
